Drawing For Your Rights

Drawing for Your Rights is an art program developed by Educación Diversa that merges education on the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) with artistic expression.

This project teaches children to understand their rights and express them creatively through art.

Originally piloted in Colombia in 2016, the program has expanded globally into communities and classrooms and aims to make children’s rights more accessible, engaging, and memorable.

Given the current global scenarios, such programmes are required now more than ever before so we invite schools and communities in Australia to participate in this unique 10-week program, where children will learn about their rights and illustrate them through art.
